You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Exceptions / non-refundable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for the following items :
- on sale items or gift cards
- music production service
- digital products
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and analized your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
