Yes, we recommend it. You may send us a reference track to show us the sound you like.
If there are no reference tracks – no worries, we will pick up something similar to your song.
Mastering generally takes 1 – 3 days for single songs and 7 – 10 business days for full albums.
Mixing generally takes 3 – 7 days for single songs and 14 – 25 business days for full albums.
This is for your first version mix/master. Completion of the project depends on how many revisions you need to be done. Also depending on our current work load, the turnaround time may be slightly longer or shorter.

We always listen carefully to your vision. We always work until you are completely satisfied with the mastering / mixing or production and therefore never charge extra for revisions.
We have discounts for bulk deals. The size of the discount depends on the quantity of songs. You can always check it in the order window.
Once your project is completed, you will receive a high quality MP3 & WAV file of your Mixed and/ or Mastered song, along with any add-ons you have ordered.
We will not send you a copy of the session where we mixed and mastered.

Yes, we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee only for Mastering and Mixing services . You can consult our Refund Policy for more information.
Here’s How it Works:
We mix / master the song and get it back to you within 1-7 business days. Once you take a listen you can either:
a) Email us saying you like the mix and want to move on to the revision process.
b) Email us telling us you don’t like the mix and want your money back.
If 7 days have passed after you received the order and you didn’t gave us a feedback then you will not be able to request a refund.
